Our Chefs, Sommeliers and Beverage Experts

 

In our selection of Chefs and Sommeliers with our partners, we require the finest selection of tasters that are used to assess products from around the world. The majority of our tasters have worked outside Europe in countries like Japan, USA, China, Thailand, Argentina, Mexico...

 

Our judges are not only selected for their tasting skills but also for the expertise to break down the various products sensory characteristics and write detailed comments. These remarks are useful for manufactures to understand the verdict of the tests and to receive valuable suggestions for improvements. These reports are particularly praised by Quality Managers who are looking for a professional and independent feed-back.

Products are tested by large panels of judges from different nationalities to decrease subjectivity.
